What is an access code and how do I use it? An access code will allow you to create a unique username and password to access the course on an ongoing basis. You enter your access code in the field titled "Access Code" at learnquality.com. If you are enrolling in a course for the first time, select the "I am a new user" button and click Enroll. You will then complete a short contact information form and create a username and password which will be used to access the course. Your access code will no longer be needed once you have a username and password. I purchased my enrollment and haven't received my access code. If you purchased the course as an individual, your access code will be sent via e-mail within one business day of your order being processed. If you are taking the course through your organization or a university, contact your course administrator and/or instructor for assistance. I received my access code, but it doesn't seem to work. Be sure to enter your access code exactly as shown; it is case-sensitive. If you are still experiencing trouble with your access code, please call 1.800.863.5128 or 1.651.905.2600, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., central time, for assistance. If you are taking the course through your organization or a university, it's possible that the maximum number of users that your organization or institution purchased has been filled. Contact your course administrator and/or instructor for assistance. I purchased enrollments for two or more people and received only one access code. The one access code you received will allow you to enroll more than one person. Simply use the same access code twice to enroll each person and create individual usernames and passwords.Now that I have an access code, when can I expect to receive my print materials? You will receive your printed materials within five to seven days of receipt of your order. If you are taking the course through your organization or a university, your course administrator or instructor will distribute them.I purchased my enrollment and never received an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address entered when your order was processed. If the e-mail address was entered incorrectly, you will not receive an order confirmation. The access code allows a specified number of people to access the course. For instance, if your organization or institution purchased this course for 15 people, they would all use the same access code to create 15 individual usernames and passwords. Other groups would have a different access code.What happens to the next interested party when a group satisfies the number of enrollments covered by the access code? When you need to expand your group size, please call the Foundations in Quality Customer Service Department at 1.800.863.5128 or 1.651.905.2600, to purchase access for additional users.What is a username and password? You enter your username and password into the system during the enrollment process and allow the system to save your data from one study session to the next. Write down your username and password, as you will use them each time you enter the course.How do I get my username and password? If you purchased the course as an individual, you should have received an access code within one business day of your order being processed. Enter this access code in the "Access Code" field of the Enroll box, accept the default and click Enroll. You will be led through the process of creating a username and password. In some cases, your organization or institution will provide you with a username and password. If you are taking the course through your organization or a university, contact your course administrator or instructor. I forgot my username and/or password. What can I do? To request an email reminder of your username and/or password, click here. My username and password no longer work. If your username and password are no longer working, your course may have expired. The online course is available for 12 months following the first time you enroll in it. You can call 1.800.863.5128 or 1.651.905.2600, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., central time, with questions. If you are taking this course through a university, your class may have expired. After your class expires, your username and password will no longer allow you to gain access to the course. If your class has not expired, please verify that you are using the correct username and password.
